The Subscription Rooms building is situated in the centre of Nailsworth. Although parking is limited it is close to all of the town’s car parks. The building has a Premises Licence for Sport and Music and also has an alcohol licence. The whole building or parts of it can be booked for exhibitions, plays, films, badminton, table tennis, mini tennis, meetings or private parties.

The rooms are on 3 floors – Lower Ground, Ground and First Floor.

Lower Ground :
Room 1 (6m x 5m approx) suitable for meetings
Room 2 (9m x 8m approx)
(Not available for booking - used by Nailsworth Community Workshop.)

Ground Floor : main access is at this level
Main Hall (15m x 8m approx, pictured right) with curtained mullioned windows and a well-sprung wooden floor - suitable for badminton, mini tennis, table tennis, dancing etc. Recently re-decorated.

First Floor :
Room with kitchen facilities ( 9m x 8m reducing to 5m) suitable for bar/refreshments. Recently re-decorated.

The toilets have recently updated to modern standards, with excellent facilities for disabled visitors.

There are approximately 200 chairs and 15 tables available for use for meetings etc. There is also some soft seating available.

We can also provide a projector screen and PA system.
