The Community Workshops aim to promote confidence and self-belief whilst developing practical skills.

School of Larks provides training in aerial and circus skills. Physical exercise which is more fulfilling than the gym or a run, more extraordinary than a disciplined, conventional sport.

Every Wednesday morning from 10am-12pm for those who have played table tennis in the past, wish to improve their skills or who have never played before.
A fun exercise session for all, with coffee break, all for £5 a session. First session free.

Tai Chi is used by many as a martial art form. Others use it as meditation healing the mind, body and soul. By practicing Tai Chi you can relieve stress, calm nerves and improve your physical movements, strength and balance.
The concept of Tai Chi's slow flowing movements can be practised by any age and for longer than most other forms of exercise. It is practiced by millions around the world and for good reason, it works!
Classes are Monday 1pm-2pm


Badminton is held every Wednesday night 8pm-10pm.
